Return & Refund Policy (United States)

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Important:
Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Address

Because we ship directly from international fulfillment partners, return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Do not send items back to the shipping origin address without approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

International Shipping Notice

Our products are shipped from international warehouses, including China. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. This does not affect your statutory return rights.
